ASUS MeMO Pad 8 Review

With a low price, the ASUS MeMO Pad 8 has a good performance and includes a new user interface, useful apps and features.
The ME181C and MeMO Pad 7 are very similar. The Asus Memo Pad 8 is available in dark blue with matte finish, black, white and purple.

Advantages

The MeMO Pad 8 pairs strong performance and a bright screen with handy bonus apps and UI enhancements from ASUS that spice up Android 4.4. It is preloaded with apps including the calibration software and an audio-enhancement app. The device also come with 2 years of free cloud storage via WebStorage.Its rounded edges and corners make it comfortable to hold with one hand and without over-stretching the fingers.

Shortcomings

If many apps are running at the same time on ASUS MeMO Pad 8, the touchscreen will respond slowly after being asleep.
The MeMO Pad 8 also costs $50 dollars more than its 7-inch sibling, but offers the same 1.33-GHz Intel Atom processor, 1GB of RAM and 16 GB of flash memory. But if you prefer a larger screen, the $199 ASUS MeMO Pad Me181C is a good choice.
